The primary prize includes the design and development of a basic, responsive brochure-style website (maximum of 5 live pages), one free SSL Certificate, and up to three months of basic technical support from the date of website launch. The prize explicitly excludes software solutions, AI integration, or e-commerce functionality.2. Entry Requirements:

By entering this competition, you consent to your email address being added to our mailing list. You can unsubscribe from this mailing list at any time without affecting your eligibility for the competition.4. Additional Costs:
Hosting: Hosting is not included. The winner agrees to pay a one-time hosting fee of R300 for the first year.
Domain Name: The prize does not include domain registration or renewal fees. The winner will pay an ongoing monthly domain fee of R59, unless they already own an existing domain.5. Prize Redemption:
The prize must be claimed, and the website project initiated, within three (3) months of the announcement of the winner. Failure to initiate the project within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of the prize.6. Content Responsibility:
The winner is solely responsible for providing all website content, copy, and images. MonstaWebs accepts no liability for delays or additional costs incurred due to failure by the winner to provide necessary materials in a timely manner.7. Website Revisions:
The winner is entitled to one (1) round of revisions after the initial website build. Additional revisions or changes requested after this single revision period will be subject to additional charges, to be agreed upon and invoiced separately.8. Project Start Date:
MonstaWebs will aim to begin the website development within one (1) month following the competition end date, subject to receiving all required content from the winner.9. Selection and Announcement of Winner:
The winner will be chosen randomly from eligible entries.
MonstaWebs will contact the winner directly and publicly announce the winner via all MonstaWebs social media channels. Participants should follow these channels to stay informed.10. Runner-Up Prizes:
Two runners-up will receive a 50% (2nd place) and 25% (3rd place) discount on their next website or software solution project with MonstaWebs. This discount must be claimed within three (3) months of announcement and applies strictly to the first quoted project.11. Non-transferability and No Cash Alternative:
Prizes are strictly as described. No cash alternative or other substitutions are available. Prizes are non-transferable.12. Payment Terms:
The completed website will not be published online (made live) until all associated fees, such as initial hosting and domain registration fees, are fully paid by the winner.13. Renewal and Continuation of Services:
If the winner chooses not to renew their hosting and domain after the first year, the website will be taken offline, and no further charges will be applicable.14. General Terms:
MonstaWebs reserves the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, incorrect, or violate any part of these terms and conditions.
